A human being, a proud daughter, born in the heart of Africa, raised in a loving family with seven brothers who taught me why football (Soccer) is the most popular sport in the world (still wondering where my passion for a very male-dominated profession came from?). Decades ago, I found myself sitting in law schools in Kinshasa (Université de Kinshasa) and later in Brussels (Université Libre de Bruxelles). Before I knew it, in addition to my law degree, I had a post-graduate diploma (D.E.S) in tax. Today, I am admitted to the Bar in Brussels and in Luxembourg. I have been working as tax adviser in Luxembourg for more than 20 years. Every day, I work with taxpayers to help folks get out of tax jams, and hopefully prevent others from getting into them. I feel my most content when I add value to other people’s life. I use the same fuel in my job to solve client’s tax issues in order to support their business. I love growing orchids in-house (maybe because we have all been transplanted from the tropics) and during these unprecedented Covid19 times, I have discovered the joy of edible gardening (#grow your own).
