I'm a Belgian born in the US, grew up in Germany, graduated (law degree) in Belgium (KUL), and fell in love in France, with a French bien sûr. After living in Germany and France, I have been living and working in Brussels with my partner and daughter for more than 20 years, with a temporary 7 months professional 'stopover' in Amsterdam (great experience!). I love diversity in the broadest sense: countries, cultures, languages, skills and talents, points of view, and I'm driven by curiosity. That's why I very much enjoyed my experience in a sales/font office position for several years before rejoining the legal profession again. I love being triggered by interdisciplinary and multicultural collaboration and always endeavor to see and understand the particular context, needs, challenges, and opportunities. I'm not averse to litigation in my personal and professional life but prefer striving for a consensus solution. Good ethics are key!
