Filipa Matta May is an Immigration Lawyer at AAMTLegal.

Her experience in immigration is not only professional: she lived in the United States of America, first as a resident, then later becoming a US citizen.

When she returned to Portugal, she faced all the challenges of immigration in the Portuguese context with her family – which is why she is passionately dedicated to this area, with a commitment to making any citizen’s transition to Portugal a smooth and transparent process.

Graduated from the Faculty of Law in Lisbon in 2005 and has been President of the Portuguese Ultimate and Disc Sports Association since 2022.
