Luís Pedro Fernandes was a partner at AAMTLegal and currently at Ethikos Portugal, where he leads the Tax Law practice.

His professional expertise includes specialized legal advice on individual taxation and asset management, with a particular focus on tax optimization and fiscal solutions for corporate restructuring.

He has extensive experience in designing tailored tax strategies.

He is also responsible for Tax Compliance matters in corporate restructuring processes, offering an innovative approach tailored to market demands.

Previously, he contributed to significant projects, such as the development of a Forest Taxation Regime in collaboration with the Secretary of State for Forests and the creation of the Tax Best Practices Guide for Lawyers, conducted in partnership with the Portuguese Bar Association.
