Lourenço Marques

Lourenço Marques is a trainee lawyer at Ethikos Lawyers Portugal, where he has been part of the Tax Law practice since April 2026.

His professional activity includes assisting in the provision of legal advice on tax matters, particularly individual taxation and asset management, with a special focus on tax optimization and the development of tax solutions for corporate restructuring.

He is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Tax Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Lisbon, having completed the coursework with an average grade of 17/20. His master’s dissertation will focus on the limits of fiscal transparency and the General Anti-Abuse Rule.
