Diogo Carvalheira Santos is a Portuguese lawyer whose practice focuses on real estate, civil and commercial law.
His experience combines legal advisory work with the day-to-day legal management of real estate projects and assets, covering matters such as property transactions, development and construction, lease agreements, condominium matters, contractual relations with contractors and suppliers, licensing and interactions with public authorities.
He also has extensive litigation experience, particularly in civil, insolvency and credit recovery matters, having managed judicial and extrajudicial portfolios involving secured assets and complex real estate-related issues.
