Julien Leclère is the Chief Executive Officer of Ethikos International, where he oversees and supports the organization’s international expansion.
Julien has been an attorney-at-law specializing in Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions in Luxembourg for over 20 years. In this capacity, he has helped clients from around the world achieve their business objectives across a wide range of sectors and industries.
During his legal career, Julien also launched and managed the Luxembourg office of one of the world’s leading global law firms.
In 2020, Julien chose to pursue new professional challenges and committed himself to promoting Ethikos’s values on an international scale. That same year, he co-founded the Ethikos Luxembourg office alongside its current managing partner. His personal journey later brought him to Portugal, where he led the integration of AMMT Legal into the Ethikos group and its transformation into Ethikos Portugal.
In addition to his legal practice, since 2016 Julien has been involved in various entrepreneurial ventures across different industries and has played a role in launching numerous start-ups.
Julien’s combined experience as both a lawyer and entrepreneur has given him a deeper understanding of what clients truly expect from law firms—an understanding that goes beyond what artificial intelligence alone can provide, and helps shape the future of legal services from a fresh perspective.
Outside of his professional life, Julien is passionate about design, philosophy, sports, and travel. He is always eager to learn new things and connect with new people.
