Luísa Zuzarte

Luísa Zuzarte is a trainee lawyer at Ethikos Portugal, with a particular interest in Real Estate and Urban Planning law, as well as litigation, since May of 2026. Her work focuses primarily on real estate matters, including property transactions, due diligence, lease agreements, property registration and licensing matters, as well as urban planning and construction-related matters.

Throughout her professional training, she has also gained experience in civil litigation and procedural matters, assisting clients in a range of contentious proceedings
