Margarida assists and advises clients on corporate transactions, including restructurings, M&A, private equity and corporate governance matters. She also assists clients with commercial and civil litigation, supporting them through all stages of contentious proceedings.
With a law degree from the University of Porto, she advises clients in Portuguese, English and French.
