Mimoza Halili Garin began her career in litigation, handling disputes across a wide range of legal areas. During this time, she developed a particular interest in banking litigation, which has since become the focus of her practice.
She now specialises in banking and financial law, advising clients and representing them in litigation, while continuing to develop her expertise in these fields. She completed a specialised programme in financial law, focusing on private banking law, at Ghent University’s Gandaius Academy.
She joined Ethikos in 2026 alongside Gilles Laguesse, after working in DALDEWOLF’s banking and financial services team.
A member of the Brussels Bar, she was previously admitted to the Walloon Brabant Bar. She holds a Master of Laws from KU Leuven.
